Because of this — and limited delivery options — our dispatch and handling time is up to 5 working days.We want to be upfront: we’re not a big warehouse operation, and we can’t promise same day lightning-fast dispatches. Please note: We are currently seeing some delays with the Royal Mail 2nd Class service.
For 2nd Class Large Letter items, Royal Mail have changed their delivery schedule:
No Saturday Deliveries: Second Class Large Letters are no longer delivered on Saturdays.
Alternate Weekday Deliveries: Deliveries take place Monday to Friday on a rotating schedule, with delivery days varying between weekdays.
These changes may result in some Standard Delivery items taking longer than the usual estimated timeframe.

International Orders
Shipped duty-free and zero-rated for VAT where applicable.
