Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Yes, as long as your item has not been dispatched you can contact us to cancel your order.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Can I backorder items that are out of stock?

Yes, you can backorder items, but this option is only available if the product page states that backordering is allowed. If you need more than the available quantity listed, simply place the desired amount in your basket, and our system will override the stock level. You will only be charged for what we can supply.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt

Why have I not received a confirmation of my order?

You should receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. Please check your Junk or Spam folder, as it may be there. If you still don't see it, the order might have been unsuccessful, or there could be an error with the email address you provided. In such cases, please contact us.

Do you have a shop?

No, we do not have a physical shop. We are an online-only business and do not have facilities to accept visitors.

Where's my order?

If you have received a dispatch notification, please allow 7 working days for delivery. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping

Why don’t you ship to my country?

While we currently don’t ship to the EU, automatic shipping is also unavailable to some other countries. However, we’re happy to explore shipping options for you! Please contact us, and we’ll provide a custom shipping quote.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. After this period, your order will be shipped via your selected delivery service.

Can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and accepted your payment. Another email will follow when your order is dispatched, including any relevant tracking numbers for your delivery

What are your shipping options?

We offer shipping via Royal Mail and Evri. Royal Mail's standard service typically takes 3-5 days, while their express service is 2-3 days, although it is not time guaranteed. Evri has a standard service that also takes 3-5 days, but please allow an additional 2 days for collection. For international orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked services. Shipping quotes vary based on location, and we do not ship to EU countries.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

To return a product, please contact us to request a Returns Authorization Number. Once you have this number, package the item securely and send it back to us. Make sure to include the authorization number on the outside of the package. For more details, check our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

What is the returns window?

The returns window is 30 days from the date of receipt. Please ensure to follow our return process for a smooth experience.

No, we no longer accept postal orders or cheques.

We take payment security very seriously. Our card processing is managed by PayPal & Shop Pay, which provides secure payment processing. You do not need a account to make a payment—you can check out as a guest. We do not store any credit card details on our website
