Ordering: Orders can be placed 24/7 on our website. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 am - 3 pm.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Simply browse our store and add items to your shopping cart. When you’ve completed your selection, click on 'Checkout' to complete your order.
Prices: All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable.
If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, our store may show prices in your local currency for your convenience, based on your location. However, all orders are processed and charged in GBP.
Your payment provider or credit card company will convert the total from GBP into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges in your country are not included in the listed price and remain your responsibility.
Payment Methods and Security Compliance
We accept PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payment processing is managed securely through PayPal and Shop Pay Payments, ensuring compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
Shop Pay: For your convenience, we offer Shop Pay, a secure and efficient payment method integrated directly with our store platform. Shop Pay complies with PCI DSS standards, safeguarding your payment information and ensuring a secure checkout process.
PayPal: You can also check out using PayPal Express or PayPal Standard. A PayPal account is not required; you can choose to check out as a guest if preferred. PayPal’s secure processing guarantees that your card details are protected.
Model Realm Ltd does not have access to, nor do we store, your full credit card information. Your payment details are managed solely by Shop Pay or PayPal during the transaction process.
Order Confirmation
The confirmation email you receive indicates that we have received your order request, but it does not constitute a contract. The contract between you and Model Realm Ltd is formed only when we send a dispatch notification and capture the payment.
Backordering: Certain products on our site allow for backordering, and their availability will be clearly shown on the respective product pages. If you need more than the available quantity, backordering is available! Simply enter the quantity you need, which will override our stock level. If we cannot supply the full amount, you will only be charged for what we are able to dispatch.
Pricing Errors and Availability: In the event of a pricing error or if a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to amend or cancel your order. If there is a price change, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. You may cancel your order if the new price is not acceptable.

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of receipt. Occasionally, some items may run out of stock. If we are unable to fulfill an item, we will notify you and offer either an alternative or a cancellation of the item or the entire order, depending on your preference.
Mainland UK Delivery: We offer delivery via Royal Mail or Evri. All delivery times are estimates and are quoted from the dispatch date. Courier deliveries occur Monday to Friday only.
Free Delivery: Free mainland UK delivery is available on orders over £75, applicable only to the UK mainland (excluding Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, and Scottish Islands). Free delivery generally takes 3-5 days.
Proof of Delivery: Proof of delivery provided by our courier is sufficient to confirm receipt of goods. If you have not received your order within 7 days of dispatch confirmation, please email us. Be sure to check junk or spam folders for any correspondence from us.

Delivery Delays, Lost Items, and Refund Recovery
Delivery times for standard and tracked services are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Refunds or replacements for items not received will only be issued once the courier officially classifies the parcel as lost, which may take up to 10 working days after the expected delivery date. Requests for refunds before this period may be declined in accordance with our policy. We will review each case individually. If a refund is issued and the original order is subsequently delivered, the customer must either return the product to us or make payment for the item.
International Orders (Outside UK)
Orders shipped outside of the UK are zero-rated for VAT. Model Realm Ltd sends all shipments duty-free. However, you, the customer, are responsible for any import fees, customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities.
The shipping charges paid to Model Realm Ltd cover only the cost of shipping and do not include customs duties, import VAT, or other additional charges. If you decline payment of these additional fees at delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.
Zero Tolerance Policy
At Model Realm Ltd, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of rude, abusive, or threatening behavior directed at our staff. Such behavior will lead to the immediate termination of any engagement with the individual responsible, and your order will be cancelled.
Please note: If no payment has been captured and no goods have been dispatched, we are under no statutory obligation to proceed with any sale or service in such cases. This policy applies across all forms of communication, including phone, email, and any other contact.
