Order Processing and Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock; in these cases, we will inform you and offer an alternative or the option to cancel the item or the entire order.

Mainland UK Delivery

• Evri Delivery: Standard 3-5 day service, with a 2-day collection time from our location.
• Royal Mail Standard: 3-5 day delivery time, estimated from dispatch (not time guaranteed).
• Royal Mail Express: 2-3 day delivery time, estimated from dispatch (not time guaranteed).

Free Delivery: Orders over £75.00 qualify for free delivery within mainland UK (excluding Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, and Scottish Islands). Free delivery typically takes 3-5 days from dispatch.

International Orders (Outside UK)

All international orders are zero-rated for VAT and shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked Service or equivalent carriers.

For most destinations outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees imposed by their local customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

International shipping costs vary depending on weight and destination. Typical shipping rates range from £15–£30 for parcels up to 2 kg. Delivery times may be subject to customs delays.

United States Orders – Duties & Taxes Included
United States orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked Service on a duties-paid basis, with all import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees included in the price. No additional charges will be payable on delivery.

Proof of Delivery

Proof of delivery is provided through a scanned delivery confirmation by our courier. If you have not received your order within 7 days of dispatch confirmation, please contact us. (Be sure to check junk or spam folders for any email correspondence from us.)

All quoted delivery times are estimates based on the day of dispatch. Please be aware these timeframes may be affected by high-traffic periods, such as holidays or severe weather conditions. We will notify you of any known delays promptly.

Returns and Refunds
